I often think of you and the marvelous, yet sometimes difficult days we spent touring together with The Frank Sinatra organization. Your professionalism was always evident and your ability to adjust to Mr. Sinatra's travel changes and accommodations were incredible. It was something Frank personally admired, as did we all.

Whether it be Europe, the Far East or the USA, you somehow managed to address all our needs, including those of our staff, orchestra, and crew. Always ready with keys in hand to our hotel rooms, as well as our travel tickets to our next venue. It was a marvel of efficiency, and as always discreet. The selection of hotels, the preparation of rooms… not an easy task, yet you somehow managed it all. As then, I thank you for all you did to make our many years of tour travel a success.

Although I had known Anna Cruz for number of years, it wasn’t until October of 2009 that I had an opportunity to gain insight into her true business acumen. As Vice President of Operations for Kerzner International I had occasion in October of 2009 to engage Anna’s services. She was specifically charged with providing air and ground transportation for a number of celebrity entertainers appearing for a grand opening event.

She took charge of the project with considerable aplomb. She displayed an uncanny ability to understand the needs and requirements of each guest. The travel details were impeccably conceived. She then took charge of communicating the details of the trip to each traveller. Ground and air transportation were executed without a "hiccup".
